Forbes: Acumatica Cloud ERP Ranked Most Popular ERP System According to Users
This and many other fascinating insights were uncovered in SoftwareReview’s latest customer rankings published today in their Emotional Footprint Report on Enterprise Resource Planning. The report is based entirely on attitudinal data captured from verified owners of each ERP system reviewed. A total of 960 customer reviews were completed, evaluating 18 vendors meeting the minimum threshold for publication.
SoftwareReviews found 4 top ERP systems, including Acumatica Cloud ERP, have the highest combined Value Index and Net Emotional Footprint scores across all ERP vendors included in the study.

Emotional Footprint Report
When it comes to being a roadblock to innovating versus helping customers innovate, 14 of the 18 ERP vendors included in the study have a 64% Net Emotional Footprint score. The average across all ranked ERP vendors in the innovation category is 66%. The issue of how much their ERP system enables customers to innovate is a divisive one. A vendor receiving a 54% Net Emotional Footprint score had 89 customer reviews. Conversely, another with a score of 74%, well above the average, had 73 reviews.
When asked their ERP systems help them save time or not, users gave the category an aggregate Net Emotional Footprint score of just 54%. 10 of the 18 vendors ranked in the study have a score under 60%, and three have scores under 36%. The greater the dissatisfaction users have with their ERP systems, the more likely they are to comment on this aspect of performance as well. The greatest number of responses are for those vendors with Net Emotional Footprint scores of 40% or less – well below the aggregate score of 54%.
